We are looking for a creative and ambitious individual to lead the development and delivery of an impactful and integrated Marketing, Communications and Audience Development Strategy, that enhances Lighthouse’s brand and puts audiences at the heart of everything we do. The successful candidate will play an integral role within the organisation, working closely with the Artistic Director/CEO and Lighthouse team to identify opportunities to celebrate and extend the reach of our artistic programme and other activities. Priorities of the role include: deepening, broadening and enriching engagement of existing audiences; growing and diversifying new audiences; building communities around our programmes; developing new marketing initiatives.

4 month contract, 3 days a week
