We work with a number of local, independent and sustainable catering businesses that can provide delicious lunches, post-conference drinks and buffet receptions, including:
The Real Junk Food Project Brighton: a Community Interest Company that works with supermarkets and other food suppliers to intercept food waste destined for landfill to feed people who need it on a ‘pay as you feel’ basis.
FilFil, Brighton: family-run, living wage employer offering fresh Middle Eastern vegetarian and vegan food.
The Secret Restaurant, Lewes: high end, Sussex-based caterer, preferred supplier to many of the city’s top cultural venues, including Brighton Dome & Festival, Brighton Royal Pavilion and The Old Market.
Alternatively, if you fancy popping out for lunch we are in the perfect spot to access the best of Brighton’s independent cafes and restaurants. You are also welcome to arrange your own lunches if preferred, please just run your plans past us so we know what to expect
