Brighton Digital Festival Camera Crew
Brighton Digital Festival encourages people across the city to experience and explore digital technology in all its forms. It also celebrates our city’s creativity, its innovative digital economy and arts scene, and provides space for meaningful critique of the role technology plays in shaping everyday life and culture.
For the 2021 10th anniversary edition, we recruited a documentation team made up of two LYC alumni - Lara Antoine and Erin James - and two other young emerging photographers / videographers - Phoebe Wingrove and Ryan Tiernan.
The young people received project management support and mentoring from photographer Sarah Brownlow, and filmmaker Leonardo Lami, the team worked together to capture both our core and open programmes.
The camera crew were generously supported by our sponsors MPB, who supplied all their camera equipment for the duration of the festival and continue to support their creative work going forward.
