Silquil (Jolie McCallum) is a sound and visual artist with a working-class background from Gateshead. They create mixed reality biomes by melding themes of traditional heresies, game engines, glitch effect plug-ins, the songs of wild birds and campfire song to amalgamate immersive digital narratives.

Combining DAW softwares, open-world games, and an ancient diatonic instrument, the hammered dulcimer, they will perform their upcoming EP, Ash and Elm, at the Lighthouse Showcase.
