Vivian (he/him), a trans man from Brighton, has been writing his whole life, but got into poetry in 2016. He says it helps him process and cope with strong feelings and that “when [he] had no one to talk to [he] had poetry to talk to.” He published his first book ‘Safehaven’ in 2021 as a “safe place for any emotions to take place” and is currently working on his second book.
